One Concept Conference Extended Content

The online classes in this category provide an additional CE hour of extended coursework to augment Angie Dubis's live courses at the One Concept Conference being held in Atlanta May 16-18th 2014.

  • BLAST out those pesky kinks with this targeted treatment. Neck and Shoulder Blast techniques focuses on increasing ROM to the muscles that pull you down and in, including SCM, scalenes, subclavius, subscapularis, pectoralis major and minor. Your clients will walk away taller with their eyes to the sky. To finish the session, she'll demonstrate how to incorporate abdominal and rib release into your treatments, allowing clients to breathe in a deeper and more relaxed way.

  • The coursework in this workshop is designed to help therapists increase session effectiveness by incorporating abdominal and rib release into their treatments. The techniques taught in this class include opening the joints between the ribs, gently releasing the diaphragm, and using movement to release tension resulting from ineffective breathing patterns resulting from excessive sitting, injuries and stress. Therapists will walk away with the tools they need to effectively help clients breath deeper more complete breaths.
